Mobile Disconnection Fee
The cost incurred to process the disconnection of your number. This fee can be void by transferring your number to another provider. You will receive an invoice the next billing period after you leave us. For all other services, please refer to the Critical Information Summary of your plan which details the relevant Disconnection Fee.
Early Termination Fee
Months Remaining x (Min Spend+Handset Charges)
This is charged if you enter into a contract with us and you leave Vaya prior to the contract end date. We will also include any extra usage you may have incurred in your last month. Termination Fees do not apply to Month by Month agreements.
We will charge this to you if your chosen payment method is declined. In order to avoid this, when we send you your bill, please make sure you have sufficient funds on your card/account to cover the bill on your scheduled due date.
