  • To get started, you'll need your SIM card to hand. If you don't have a SIM yet, choose your mobile plan and order online now.

    If you're bringing your existing number over from another provider, your activation can take up to two business days. Your current SIM will continue to work until your number transfer is processed. If you're getting a new number, your activation will typically process within 15 minutes.

    Insert your 13 digit SIM number below. It can be found on the back of your SIM card.

    Please note, you will be unable to transfer an existing service in once your service is connected with a new number. If you wish to transfer a service number into Vaya and have requested a new number with your application; simply log into your online account to modify your service details prior to submitting this request.
